Under this area we offer a wide range of property and private client related services including: All aspects of commercial conveyance and real estate, legislation/drafting mining and prospecting, aviation, maritime, immigration, trusts, wills, adoptions, probate and administration of estates, tax planning and establishment and registration of pension and provident funds. We also undertake crime (fraud, corruption, et al) related cases, matrimonial and family related work, and insurance claims arising out of road traffic matters. Our scope of litigation is spread over the whole cadre of judiciary ranging from, tribunals, subordinate courts, high courts, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
